Return Policy

At AUORK.COM, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Return Policy outlines the terms under which products purchased from our website may be returned.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery

  • The return request is initiated within 7 days of receiving the product

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact

Certain items may not be eligible for return (see Section 6).

2. Return Request Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and clear images/videos of the product

  3. Once approved, return instructions will be shared with you

Returns without prior approval may not be accepted.

3. Return Pickup & Shipping

  • Return pickup may be arranged by us, or you may be asked to self-ship the product depending on location

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), return shipping costs will be borne by us

  • For all other eligible returns, shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount

4. Inspection & Approval

  • Returned products are inspected upon receipt

  • If the product does not meet return eligibility criteria, the return may be rejected and shipped back to you at your expense

5. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after collecting required details

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Items without original packaging or tags

  • Personal care, hygiene, or intimate products

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Clearance or sale items (unless damaged or defective)

7. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

  • If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe:

  • Check with your bank or payment provider

  • Contact our customer support for assistance

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be effective once posted on the website.
