Refund & Return Policy

1. Returns

  • Products are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Certain items (personal care, customized products, clearance items) may not be returnable.

2. Refunds

  • Once the returned item is inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images/videos for verification.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind after the return window

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Items without original packaging
